Here are highlights from Day 3! Early into the morning (as early as 1 am), citizens were still up creating their banners for their cities. Later on into the day, citizens had the opportunity to go and hear from Gary and Cindy Hipps – parents of the late Tucker Hipps, a Palmetto Boys State citizen and counselor. They shared their message of the truth behind hazing and how it directly affects young adults in the world today. Later, we held retreat again. However, this time, the energy levels were a little bit higher with the new banners being created.
