LAW SCHOOL
Delegates must attend Law School to run for County Attorney. To run for State Attorney General, or to be elected by the PBS General Assembly as a Court of Appeals Judge or Supreme Court Justice, delegates must also take and pass the Bar Exam.
The Law School is led by Co-Deans The Honorable Brian M. Gibbons (Circuit Court Judge, Sixth Judicial Circuit) and Vick Meetze (Deputy Public Defender, Twelfth Judicial Circuit), along with Associate Deans Neil Alger, Cody Mitchell, and Cyrus Corbett. Together, the staff brings over seventy years of legal experience across many areas of South Carolina law.
