LAW SCHOOL

In order for a delegate to run for the office of County Attorney, they must have attended the law school. In order to run for State Attorney General, a delegate must have taken and passed the Bar Exam. In order to be elected by the PBS General Assembly to serve as either a Court of Appeals Judge or as  a Supreme Court Justice, you must also have taken and passed the bar exam. The Law School staff consists of the Co-Deans of the Law School, The Honorable Brian M. Gibbons, Circuit Court Judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Vick Meetze, Deputy Public Defender for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit as well as Associate Deans Neil Alger, Cody Mitchell and Cyrus Corbett. Together our staff has over seventy years of legal experience covering many areas of South Carolina Law.
